Invitation letter will be issued to the registered participants. Once after the registration participants need to send an email with the transaction id received and within next 24-48 hours Invitation letter will be issued.
Letter of Invitation will be issued to the attendees only after the registration confirmations by the Organizing Committee Members. It is a secure documentation and can help you to secure the visa application but doesn’t guarantee you a visa as many other supporting documents are required for the visa application process and can be checked online.
Once after the registration process is completed, you are advised to send the registration form, payment proof, passport size photograph and passport scan copy. These details need to be mentioned in the Invitation letter.
Kindly note those attendees who need the visa need to keep in mind that organizing committee has no control over the visa process or the decision of the visa adjudicator in the embassy. We advise you to apply for the visa application soon after the registration confirmation as it’s a time taking process.
In case if the applicant’s application is rejected, the decision cannot be changed by discussing with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs nor will involve in discussion or correspondence with the MOFA or Embassy on behalf of the applicant.
